Terms of Service

By using any of ALI SMM services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). ALI SMM (further referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time without notice. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly, as your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not want to be bound to these Terms, please do not sign up for the Services.

Membership

To be able to use this service, you must be at least 18 years old or recognized under applicable law as being able to form legally binding agreements.

  • Registration. To fully use our service, you must register as a member by providing complete and accurate full name, password, and email address. You are not allowed to use someone else’s name or a name that violates any third-party rights.

  • Emails. The primary means of communication between you and us will be through emails. Thus, you acknowledge that we may use your email to notify you about system updates, new product releases, account status changes, etc. We encourage you to carefully read our emails to stay informed. We will not carry any responsibility if some information did not reach you as a result of failing to read our emails.

  • Account Security. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your access credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. ALI SMM will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, you must change your password and notify us immediately.

Account Ownership

  • If you are signing up on behalf of your employer, then the account owner is your employer. You warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to these Terms.

  • You may transfer your account ownership to a third party at any time. In such cases, you need to inform us and update the account information accordingly. Once your account is transferred, you cannot claim ownership rights over it.

  • ALI SMM reserves the right to determine the rightful account owner in case of disputes. If we are unable to determine ownership, we may suspend the account until the conflicting parties resolve the issue.

Billing and Payment Information

  • Payments. All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. No credits or refunds will be issued, including cases of suspension or termination before the end of the Services.

  • Prepayment. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and ensuring timely payments. You agree to pay for the Services in advance.

  • Fraud. Misusing or fraudulently using credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, or any other payment methods is strictly prohibited. ALI SMM may report such activities to relevant authorities.

  • Invoice Disputes. You have 30 days to dispute any charge or payment processed by ALI SMM. For inquiries, please contact our support team.

  • Modification of Pricing and Terms. ALI SMM retains the right to modify pricing and terms at any time without additional notice. Changes will be posted in the relevant sections of our website.

System Updates

We reserve the right to update the system, including but not limited to adding/removing functionalities, bug fixes, etc. There are no warranties that an updated version will be bug-free or will not affect your use of the Services. ALI SMM will not be responsible for modifications in code or for any restoration costs incurred by you.

Use of Customer’s Name and Trademarks

ALI SMM owns the platform but does not claim rights over your trade names, trademarks, or uploaded data. With your consent, we may use your trade name, trademark, full name, and/or website URL in our live example section for advertising purposes.

Other Conditions

  • We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.

  • Any verbal or written insult directed at ALI SMM members/employees will result in immediate account termination.

  • We may remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or in violation of third-party copyrights.

  • Sample data (e.g., sample terms, policies, product images, descriptions, emails, etc.) is for demonstration purposes. It is your responsibility to update this information according to your business needs.

  • ALI SMM does not bear responsibility for content uploaded by clients. All claims should be addressed directly to the clients.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purposes or beyond their intended use.

  • Publish unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content.

  • Compromise the security of the Service.

  • Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorized promotional materials.

  • Use automated means (e.g., robots, scrapers) to access the Services or extract data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Service is provided "as is" without any express, implied, or statutory warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ALI SMM does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party server operations.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ALI SMM be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, data, or other economic losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

Copyrights

ALI SMM supports the protection of intellectual property rights. Content that infringes third-party copyrights is not allowed. We reserve the right to terminate accounts deemed to be repeat infringers.

This document constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties and supersedes all other communications, whether written or oral.
